Born in Griffith I spent my early years growing up on my family’s rice and sheep farm on the Sturt Highway near Griffith in NSW, when I was ten we sold the farm and moved to Moree in northern NSW. I went to school at St Ignatius College, Riverview in Sydney, working on a cotton farm in Moree during the school holidays. I spent an excellent gap year working on Humbert River Station in the NT as a Jackeroo, before spending another great season working on a cotton property outside of Moree. I am also the creator of the websites Cotton Careers and Farming Photo’s and am always looking to further promote agriculture. I’ll currently embarking on my biggest challenge, studying Rural Science at the University of New England.
